White Chocolate & Raspberry Blondies - High Protein (gf) 

25 minute recipe from start to finish (including cooking time) can be easily adapted to be dairy free too.

Ingredients:

1 small banana - mashed
1 tin chickpeas - drained 
1tsp vanilla extract 
3 tbsp of gluten free flour 
3 tbsp of maple syrup or honey
3 tbsp butter or coconut oil 
1tsp gluten free baking powder 
1/2 cup white choc chips 15-20 raspberries

Equipment:

Mixing Bowl
Baking Tin

Method:

This is a super easy recipe.

Simply, blend all the ingredients together (but save some raspberries back). 

Add your ingredients into a lined baking tin then pop in the remaining raspberries. 

Bake in the oven for 20-22 mins until golden on 180C. 

Then enjoy your gluten free high protein raspberry blondies.
